Program Description
This class is introduce participants to the ancient Chinese art and self-healing exercises.
Students learn the method of harmonizing their body's vital energies
while practicing the Traditional Chen Taiji form.
Qigong for balance, correct breathing and mental focus is also emphasized in our curriculum.

Senior Discount Avairable: Age 60 and older receive a 20% discount off.

The curriculum is the learning of

CHEN STYLE TAIJIQUAN LAO JIA YI LU 13 & 72 Form, CEHN STYLE HARMONY 13 Form

Traditional style training under the guidance of Grandmaster Zhu Tiancai, a 19th Generation Chen Taiji.
He is known as one of the "Four Golden Tigers" of Chen style Taiji.
Traditional style training under the guidance of Master Chen Bing, a 20th Generation Chen Taiji.

CHEN STYLE TAIJI WEAPONS Forms: STRAIGHT SWORD (JIAN) Form, BROAD SWORD (DAN DAO) From, Spear Form & Bang (Playing Flute) Form

Weapons training develops a sense of awareness, strengh, balance, relaxation and martial art skills.
